A leading provider of IT communication services, our client is currently looking for a Finance Clerk to join their expanding team at their prestigious offices in Hatfield.

You will be required to scan and validate invoices/credits, and ensure any queries are dealt with in reasonable timeframe. You will have full control of the running of the account and resolution of debt, as well as be required to ensure statement reconciliations are completed for Vendors each month. You will deal with internal issues, networking with others within the business and working as part of a team helping others to ensure targets are met for the month.

You will have previous experience within a similar role and have previous experience of working with SAP. You should be proficient in MS Office including Word and Outlook, in particular Excel. You will have excellent attention to detail, as well as strong organisational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. You will be highly motivated and be able to prioritise own workload to ensure that requirements are met.
