Finance Director

Management Resources are looking to engage with an experienced Programme Finance Director individual for a large US defence led organisation.

You will have proven experience of leading highly complex programmes. Taking an active lead in the financial management of the programme, you will manage key stakeholder relationships and ensure the highest level of financial governance, risk management and controls.

You will have;

- strong knowledge of high profile technical programme management
- a strong delivery focus
- the ability to listen and challenge appropriately
- strong conflict resolution experience- strong customer focus
- the ability to provide financial governance and control insight
- first class communication skills

This is a multi-site programme that will demand that you take collective responsibility as part of the senior leadership team including the overall delivery to target schedule and cost. You will be proactive in supporting fellow colleagues to achieve collective objectives and manage conflict resolution through healthy debate and discussion.

You will have ultimate responsibility for the financial accounting and cost management of the programme with significant experience in leading full life cycle project finance teams within a Defence environment.

The programme will run for the next 2 years with the potential for a longer engagement depending on the successful delivery of the programme.

Depending on experience, the day rate will range between £550 - £750.
