Finance Controller - SC Level Security Cleared Site

FINANCE CONTROLLER - SC LEVEL SECURITY CLEARED SITE

Our client, an IT Consultancy, is looking to recruit the services of an experienced Financial Controller to work on an SC level Security cleared site based in London.

Working on the Project team, 60 - 70% of work will be working with Project Managers/Programme Managers assessing forecasts, budgets and reporting.  The post holder will be required to advise Project/Programme Managers to ensure they are acting correctly, when advising on figures and liaising with the clients. Other tasks will include project accounting, month end reporting/closing, forecasting - general reporting and advising on any issues/discrepancies etc.

Required experience:

- Minimum of 3 years working in a Senior level similar FC/project accounting role
- Part Qualified or full Qualified Financial controller with a background in management accounting/project accounting (NOT financial accounting)
- Experience of working on transition project
- Proficient in excel, customer facing skill
- Must be SC cleared, or eligible and willing to undergo SC clearance
