Reporting to the Head of Finance Change, you'll be charged with providing a lead on Finance operational or IT projects with responsibility for ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget and achieve all objectives. You will need to build strong relationships within Finance, assisting teams in delivery of their objectives through the effective and efficient delivery of change initiatives.

With a successful career in the Financial Services sector, you may be a qualified Accountant or actuary (or qualified by experience). However you must have in-depth/significant change management experience within Financial Services organisations, preferably including exposure to a heavily regulated accounting environment. In addition we are seeking the following skills/attributes:

- Excellent communicator and relationship builder
- Effective influencing skills at a senior management level
- Strong commercial acumen and a good level of IT literacy
- IY Change is highly relevant and useful in tjis role
