Finance Business Partner - Projects

An exciting opportunity for an immediately available talented Finance Business Partner within a large blue chip company has arisen. This pivotal role within the finance team will involve working with multiple sectors of the business to oversee the company's investments ensuring maximum profitability.

This is a great opportunity for a technically minded individual to have a significant impact, as this role offers the chance to work with senior stakeholders, providing insightful information and presenting business cases to investment committees that will influence key business decisions for this dynamic, market leading company. These business cases could range from a 2 - 10+ every couple of weeks and the value could be a few £100k - 2m. You will be supporting over 15 different programmes managed by 10 Programme Managers.

You will possess effective management skills, with an ability to challenge and support the business, working on costing, reporting, and forecasting to ensure the financial stability of proposed projects. The role will suit someone who enjoys working with people at all levels, utilising excellent communication and interpersonal skills; a key part of this will be presentations, so someone who has an ability to influence, with a positive, pro-active approach will be essential.

To be successful in your application you will be a fully qualified (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) Accountant, with sound business acumen and a proven ability of providing transformational business analysis. You will have experience of working in a large company with an acute attention to detail in your work.
