Our client, in the construction and engineering sector, is looking for an accomplished Finance Business Partner to support the business and provide financial information and governance in the Yorkshire and North East Region. You will lead on the production of monthly accounts and performance analysis and monitor projects on a weekly basis. The role will also involve managing the balance sheet for the region and ensuring effective cost allocations and general financial process improvements.You will be either a fully qualified accountant or at final stages of qualification, have worked in a similar business partnering or management accounting role and ideally have worked in the construction and engineering sector. You will also be highly PC literate with strong Excel skills. The role is for a minimum of 6 months, but could extend to 12 months
