Finance Analyst (Revenue Assurance/Billing)

FINANCE ANALYST (REVENUE ASSURANCE/BILLING) - 9 MONTH CONTRACT - MAIDENHEAD TOWN CENTRE

We are currently recruiting for a Revenue Assurance Finance Analyst, this is an exciting and challenging role working for a leading company in Maidenhead.

As Revenue Assurance Analyst you will manage key revenue and margin control activities, ensuring rapid detection and resolutions of billing anomalies through identification of revenue leakage and excess costs.

You would be working alongside the Revenue Assurance team controlling all revenues and costs of sales. Ensuring correct and appropriate chargeable records are generated, metered correctly and appear correct on end customer billing; improving assurance levels and performing regular reconciliations. Your role will also involve investigative problem solving and incident management to identify and resolve any potential issues.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

- Sound knowledge and experience of all areas of revenue assurance in particular principles related to controls for network components, IT systems, business processes, reconciliations, financial performance, and reporting
- An ability to liaise with the business on issues of business performance related to revenue assurance
- An inquisitive and analytical mind, ie be someone driven by "what if" scenarios that inform direction and decisions.
- Experience of revenue assurance and troubleshooting
- A sound understanding of the technical infrastructure within a billing environment, including mediation, CRM, and provisioning.
- Adapts positively to change - seizes opportunities, stays open to new ideas and engages others in changes.
- Experience of working under pressures to tight deadlines.
- Good knowledge of tools to process and reconcile data, such as Excel pivot tables
