Finance Agent

THE ROLE:

To work as part of a team to perform daily bank reconciliations for several bank accounts and provide financial services for personal lending to new and existing customers of Lloyds Banking group.  

To ensure that all customer calls and correspondence are handled in a professional and courteous manner in accordance with company policies and procedures and within defined Service Level Agreements.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Daily, weekly and monthly reconciliations of Lloyds Banking group bank accounts.
- Daily research and resolution of discrepancies.
- Regular reporting to Lloyds Banking Group management
- Financial maintenance of multi branded loan agreements
- Investigation of financial queries from various internal and external departments including direct customer contact.
- Posting of manual receipts
- Managing the process for deceased customers.
- Cancellation of PPI and ensuring the loan account is corrected accordingly.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR EXCELLENCE

- Previous experience of reconciling and balancing accounts including resolution of discrepancies.

WORKING HOURS - BETWEEN 8.00 AND 18.00 MON - SAT ON A ROTATING SHIFT PATTERN
