Key Role Deliverables:
*Support of the File Transfer development environments, and related problem resolution.
*Support projects allocated, design & configure systems to operational standards.
*Adherence to change, risk and operations governance.
*Provide support within the File Transfer team & on-agreement with project implementations.
*Assist with installation and maintenance of all related software products.

Experience:
*Competent in the functions of Connect:Direct, Secure+, and Connect:Direct Secure+ on z/OS. UNIX (Linux, Solaris & AIX) and Windows platforms.
*Knowledge of Certificate Management.
*Experienced in coding JCL. REXX experience desirable.
*Competent in problem determination and solving skills.
*Experience working in an MVS environment.
*Proven knowledge of OS/390 IBM JCL.
*Proven knowledge of the following protocol suites:- TCP/IP, SNA, X25, Telnet & FTP.
*Experience of Windows (NTFS & User permissions a must).
*Experience of Unix platforms
*Familiarity with change and incident management tools and processes.
*Excellent understanding of large site communications infrastructures.
