File Support Specialist Job

FILE SUPPORT SPECIALIST needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in SUMMIT, NJ.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Receives, stamps, and tracks all document transmittal forms
- Review, reconciliation, and processing of transmittal form packages - includes issue resolution with submitter of documents/transmittal
- Files paper and electronic documentation in the DPC
- Provides assistance to internal and external customers
- Creates labels, folders, binders and prepares work area for customers
- Prepare, scan, QC and file clinical documents
- Maintains the integrity of the DPC and the file room (room access, closure, shelf organization, etc.)
- Maintains and tracks common area files (safety letters, IBs, etc.)
- Tracking of Trial Master File (TMF) documents in preparation for archiving
- Orchestrates off-site storage
- Verify request for archiving
- Assemble boxes
- Packs boxes
- Movement of boxes of approximately 20 pounds
- Assigns and tracks DPC box numbering system
- Maintains off site archiving facility documentation
- May perform data entry and data verification
- May notify off site archiving facility when pickup is ready
- May notify off site archiving facility when drop off arrives at client
- May contact and place stationery orders
- May work with offsite archiving facilities and supervisor to resolve issues
- Departmental liaison with Facilities/Mailroom/Shipping/Security/IT for archiving purposes

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Prior experience working in pharmaceutical/biotech
- Prior experience in archiving, scanning, and filing
