My Client, a leading Banking Group is looking for a Relationship Manager to act as a File reviewer for the MIS selling of Interest Rate SWAPS.

The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing the sale of Interest Rate Management (IRM) products to small to medium sized corporate businesses. Throughout the role the candidate will manage the client review process from start to finish and will conduct a full investigation as to whether any redress is due to the customer. You will decide this by analysing all of the financial information relevant to the case and then building a customer file to evaluate your decision. Liaising with the clients may be necessary and delivering presentations to a decision committee to present your findings will be required.

In order to be considered for this role candidates must have proven credit and financial risk analysis skills as well as a working knowledge of Interest Rate risk management techniques and relevant products. The candidate must also have proven interpersonal skills and the ability to establish robust relationships both internally and externally. Negotiation and networking skills are desired. Finally the candidate must possess outstanding customer relationship skills and knowledge of loan documentation, swap documentation and Interest Rate Swap products.
