A Field Support Coordinator is required on a 6 month contract with a Managed Service Telco Vendor in Brussels, Belgium.
DUTCH/ENGLISH OR FRENCH/ENGLISH LANGUAGE IS REQUIRED.
JOB INFORMATION
The Field support coordinator will set out the planning of the teams to perform the site activities. Field support coordinator is supposed to have the same competences as a Field Support Engineer. It will be of help for the coordinator to have knowledge of what is mentioned hereunder in order to optimize the planning. It should be a senior person for this task, ideally with field experience in the past.
The Field Support Coordinator will do the planning of Field Support Engineers, who should be able to conduct site interventions to reduce the P3 and P4 Remedy activities on site. Interventions are mainly areal which require climbing. Some interventions require diagnosis on site, measurements and identification of Remedy actions.
The Field Support Coordinator should have experience in:
- MW basic knowledge such as card change
- Antenna azimuth change and tilting
- Site VSWR and DTF problem analysis
- Antenna & connector and jumper change (feeder excluded)
- Climbing
- Site Master usage knowledge
