Field/Site Support Technician

Yoh has a contract opportunity for a SITE SUPPORT TECHNICIAN to join our client in Russellville, AR

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- PC troubleshooting and break-fix.
- Network infrastructure troubleshooting.
- Server Updates/Data Management.
- Moves, Adds and Changes to the PC and network infrastructure.
- Consulting and training concerning hardware and software.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Eight plus (8+) years of experience in a PC support role.
- Advanced troubleshooting abilities consisting of Windows XP/Windows 7 operating systems, network infrastructure, network configuration and PC hardware.
- Experience supporting Microsoft Office 2003/2007/2010.
- Network knowledge and connectivity troubleshooting experience (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, etc.).
- Experience configuring, installing and supporting Nortel and Cisco Switches.
- Customer service oriented.
- Ability to work well under time constraints and prioritize multiple tasks appropriately.
- Ability to travel. May be required to travel 6-8 weeks at a time. Travel expenses are reimbursed on certain criteria.
- Must be a great communicator both orally and in written form.
- Must have good organizational skills to manage/prioritize multiple assigned tasks.
- Capable of following detailed processes as prescribed by the program/project team.
- Ability to use common sense to carry out instructions and activities.
- Capable of lifting and carrying 20 - 40 pounds for extended periods."
