Based in a beautiful city of Belgium the Field Service Engineer with 2nd line support Experience will require the following skills:
- Procurement of Hardware, Maintaining the assets and Hardware spare stocks
- Hands on Audio/Video Conferencing experience
- Experience in performing asset refresh
- Fluent French, Dutch & strong English
- Good Communication skills
- ITIL concepts strongly preferred
- MCSE or MCP preferred
