Field Service Engineer/Aberdeen/Real Time

A large service company isAberdeenis currently looking for a Field Service Engineer to join their team inAberdeen. This company is a very successful service company who work in Oil and Gas as well as Marine and Defence. Once you are in this company the opportunities are endless. You will be on a base salary as well as having an offshore rate and overtime rate which can lead to doubling your pay. You will also be on one of the best training programmes in the country for this type of work.

The Job Duties:

-Install, configure and implement real-time systems and applications in the Oil and Gas industry
-Provide technical support for installed real-time systems
-Provide real-time data coordination services in client offices
-Work with clients to design custom real-time solutions
-Conduct formal and informal training sessions
-Troubleshooting
-Maintaining equipment

Qualifications:

-Educated to degree level in IT, Networks or telecommunications
-Minimum 3 years Windows systems administration experience including hands on network communication solutions experience
-Good understanding of Hardware/ Software
-Testing experience
-Offshore Experience
-UK Driving licence
