Job description
Our Large blue chip client is looking for a SAP FI/CO Regional Manager in Japan in the area of international Application Management Service for SAP modules FI and CO.

Besides the application support your activities also includes consulting, design and implementation of sophisticated SAP extension and conversion projects in association with the respective Service Manager and its partners on the customer side.

FOLLOWING TASKS ARE REQUIRED:

- Analysis and correction of faults in the second- and third-level support for SAP applications productively employed, especially in the process environment, SAP FI and CO and in compliance with agreed customer service level agreements (ITIL based)
- Coordination and cooperation with the offshore Competence Centre in India and the onsite teams in Germany.
- Advising client in the redesign or modification of their functional processes in large and complex SAP systems.
- Responsibility for the professional and technical feasibility, the quality of the conception, design, implementation and productive introduction
- expanding the range of consulting services offered within the Application Management Services
- Managing SAP Service team and subcontractors
- Communication, reading and writing in Japanese and English language
- Participation in Service meetings with the customer
- Develop customer relationship
- Reporting to Global Service Management

YOUR PROFILE

- A consultant in SAP projects or SAP support.
- You can also demonstrate the following skills:
- Founded SAP knowhow in one of the following modules: FI/CO
- Broad SAP expertise and knowhow
- At least 5 years experience in SAP projects or experiences from a previous consulting or service activities in the SAP environment - ideally you will be certified on ITIL
- knowledge of ABAP
- Experience in working with offshore partners
- Excellent verbal and written English and Japanese language skills

You have strong analytical, conceptual and methodological skills. A very good communication both in English and Japanese's and presentation skills, strong customer orientation and convincing manner.
