FICC Cross Stream Business Analyst/PM

A top tier investment banking client has an opening for a Business Analyst/ Project Manager with in the FICC cross stream team.

The ideal candidate will be a Business Analyst that has moved into a Project Management role.

The focus of the role will be to work with the users to agree scope and requirements for a treasury tool, planning and managing the delivery of the project.

The successful candidate will need to have good business knowledge such as Front Office trading systems experience and must be familiar with Agile/SDLC processes and have strong project management skills with a structured and organised approach.

Main Duties
* Liaise with business, IT, legal and compliance to define the requirements for the treasury tool.
* Help plan and manage the IT development and manage any dependencies on other groups, such as QA, Compliance, Model Validation.
* Plan and manage the testing phases including UAT and handover to the Run The Bank teams.
* Ensure that project documentation is created and maintained and manage the stakeholder relationships, ensuring that IT and business management are fully informed of the project status and that issues are promptly addressed or escalated.
* Ability to examine system interfaces/APIs for GAP analysis and integration planning.

Experience required:

Min of 5 years experience in Investment Banking, preferably in Front Office facing IT

Knowledge of multiple asset classes

Experienced in managing dependencies and deliverables across business lines

Skills with project planning tools and PowerPoint
