Facilities Project Manager to mobilise hard & soft FM contracts required for a major relocation programme. The role requires high level Facilities Management skills within a change environment. Proven experience of having mobilised/procured a full spectrum of both hard and soft FM contracts in line with best practice in a corporate environment is essential as is strong PM experience. Responsible for ensuring the FM activity be in place for the building move, evaluating what is required and procure accordingly, have the practical ability to mobilise FM and all contracts for the move, communicate effectively with stakeholders in order to make precise assessments of FM requirements relating to the move. Must have proven experience of mobilising FM contracts in a corporate environment, preferably financial services. A self starter with good stakeholder management skills is required.
