Facilities Manager with experience gained within Financial Services. Must have a background of managing high quality hard & soft FM services. Resp for & exp to include: management of several properties including an HQ, facility fabric & hard services maintenance progs, refurbishment projects & refits, moves/changes, space planning, event management, managing FM suppliers, Health & Safety policies/procedures, KPI/SLA reporting, cost control, business continuity planning, contract management and negotiation. You will be accustomed to delivering top quality standards, building strong relationships with senior executives & high level customers, working closely with landlords, setting up processes/policies for multi sites, have membership of RICS, BIFM or similar. Exp of high quality front of house and corporate fine dining services would be advantageous.
