The overall responsibility of this role is to maintain a high profile and customer focused presence at all times, show presence and strength as an on site FM lead.
Provide expertise, support and on site control in local FM activities.
Identify training and development needs and opportunities with the team including cross training and professional skills.
Work within agreed decision making standards, limitations and authorities.
Introduce and ensure standardisation and consistency to global engineering standards with the Head of Engineering as guidance.
To be considered for this role, you will have the following skills and experience:-
LEADERSHIP SKILLS
Strong people management skills and experience
Able to take direct and immediate instruction from UK lead.
Local representation with gravitas and influencing skills
High degree of literacy, numeracy and accuracy
Fluent English essential with strong local communication skills
Good oral and written communication skills
Reactive and responsive to the business needs.
TECHNICAL SKILLS AND EXPERTISE
Solid Facilities Management experience in a high end corporate environment.
Experience of 'client side' Facilities Management with a focus on customer service and vendor management delivery.
Membership of an accredited FM body desirable eg BIFM
NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent essential.
Ideally, you will come from a Financial Services/Investment Banking/Insurance Background
