PROJECT MANAGER (FM)- BROMLEY- CONTRACT

Our Public Sector Client based in Bromley is looking for a Facilities Management Commissioning Project Manager. This is an Initial 3 month contract and good rates are on offer.

Role:

- To contribute to the development and effective implementation of a coherent framework for the commissioning of Facility Management Services covering: Planning, Building Control, Public Protection, Operational and Strategic Property, Office facility Management and Carbon Management.
- Drive forward the development of integrated commissioning for facility management services working across all relevant services and linking with services provided by other partner organisations.
- To take the project management lead in developing the agreed Commissioning Strategy for the total Facility Management Contract.

Skills:

- Experienced Facilities Management Project Manager
- Experience of providing advice and support to Facility Management Project Team's on commissioning practice

The client would prefer an immediate starter with experience of strategic procurement within Non-Housing Stock, Planning or Regulatory Services. Experience of managing an outsourcing project would be desirable.
