Projektbeschreibung

Facilities/Financial Administrator required for a world leading Defence and Aerospace Company based out of Farnborough for an initial 3month contract. Candidate required to provide general administrative support to the facilities manager at the site.

Skills and Competencies required

. Strong understanding of basic IT packages such as Microsoft Word, Excel etc

. A full UK Driving Licence and a willingness to travel primarily to and from Farnborough.

. Experience of working in an administrative role within a customer facing organisation

. Good knowledge of SAP especially with respect to production of reports and processing of shopping carts and associated invoices.

. Previous experience of using Excel to track and monitor financial expenditure

. Ability to provide an effective, robust scrutiny of the Facilities Management departments leads financial submissions

. The ability to manage a diverse workload and work without supervision.

Desirable skills and competencies

. Ideally possess Baseline security clearance (not mandatory)

Roles and responsibilities

. Raise shopping carts on SAP system

. Distributing Purchase Orders to suppliers

. Receiving and distributing invoices for site approval

. Providing receipt invoices when approved by site

. Running weekly open Purchase Order reports from SAP and liaise with sites to resolve any discrepancies

. Monitor Open Purchase Orders to ensure timely closure

. Creation of monthly accruals trackers and work in conjunction with the Facilities Management Leads on all sites to ensure that this are completed and submitted on a monthly basis

. Provide training to Facilities Management Leads/Administrators on compilation of accruals tracker, act as the subject matter expert for this area

. Co-ordination of budgeting and forecasting activities and acting as conduit between Facilities Management Leads and Finance

. Support in the running of Approvals Group Meetings

. Act as back-up for the compilation of the Monthly LTPA Estate Assurance Report
