Experienced ACA/ACCA/CIMA - must have IFRS accounting/reporting experience within Financial Services (ideally Life Insurance) and team management experience.
Strong track record of managing a finance reporting process in a large complex organisation and working across teams.
Self motivated strong team player, particularly in a change environment.
Strong Excel and analytical skills with the ability to explain financial results to senior stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure both in isolation and with other teams.
Strong team player with a commitment to coach and develop others within the team.
Ambitious, with a strong desire for future career progression.
