External Communications Officer

Role: External Communications Officer Contract length: Initial 2 months Location:North London Rate: Negotiable Responsibilities: - Reporting to Head of Marketing and Communications in the development and delivery of the communications strategy for the Trust - Act as lead specialist for external communications, offer specialist skills to support the marketing and communication functions - Produce effective e-bulletins, stakeholder newsletters and to deal with all proactive and reactive press issues - This role will involve being the Lead on media management, corporate support, copy production Key skills: - Highly developed written and spoken English - Ability to develop and maintain excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders - High levels of interpersonal skills My client is looking to fill this position urgently and would be able to interview later this week with a start date on Monday 4th March 2013.
