Export Customer Service Representative Job

EXPORT CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in WILMINGTON, DE.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Negotiating win-win strategies, conflict resolution and handling objections by taking initiative and finding creative solutions that result in a positive resolution for the customer and the company.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of assigned key area of products and services.
- Understand customer needs and provide feedback in a timely manner.
- Establish and maintain a consistent level of commitment to handling order fulfillment from inquiries, or order placement through receipt of payment.
- The Order Management CSR must demonstrate professionalism and act as the point person for anything order related.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and new prospects to help promote and provide detailed knowledge on products.
- Able to adjust with ease to new conditions and personnel, exhibit the competence and maturity to encourage confidence from Customers, Businesses, Distributors and Subsidiaries.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Candidates are required to pass a MS Office test (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Ability to identify areas for improvement, implement change, multi-task.
- Must possess excellent organizational skills to provide accurate follow-up, understand inventory mgmt, ability to understand and promote the strategic business direction.
- Ability to clearly and professionally communicate with customers and peers.
- Candidates must have experience with exporting goods.
- Effectively work in a team environment and network with peers.
- Demonstrated experience building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, managers, and partners to meet goals within a team environment.
- Experience effectively managing customer accounts to satisfy customer needs by understanding customer and company requirements for success.
- Ability to work in and adapt easily to a rapidly changing environment.
- Identify opportunities for competitive advantages with new and existing products in the marketplace.
- Candidates must be proficient with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

BONUS POINTS! PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Candidates proficient with SAP or SharePoint are highly preferred.
