Expert RF Characterization (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

- Measurements of S-parameters, 2nd and 3rd harmonics and other RF-parameters
- Measurement of DC parameters – e.g. I-V characteristics of transistors
- Operation of semi-automatic wafer probe stations
- Development and modification of python code for lab automation tasks
- Building, modifying and debugging of RF and DC measurements setups
- Analysis of characterization data

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Experience of working in a laboratory
- Familiarity with wafer probe stations and with the handling of semiconductor wafers
- Familiarity with RF and DC measurement equipment (e.g. semiconductor parameter analyzer, network analyzer, …)
- Good know-how of RF parameters (e.g. S-Parameters)
- Good know-how of Python or a similar programming language
- German and English language skills. At least one needs to be fluent, the other working level (A2 or better)
- Needs to have a well-structured, independent and pro-active way of working
- Education: Engineering or science degree (masters) or engineering or science degree (bachelor) with working experience or technician with suitable working experience
