- Build business processes that subsequently lead to smooth operations of the Organization
- Define Business requirements regarding Data strategy and operation processes for the retail media business (Data sources, technology, Analytics, consumer insights)
- Define form & organizational structure of the future retail media unit
- Setup processes for controlling & finance

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Profound experience of top level management in retail business, retail media, media agencies, UX
- Proven success in building retail media business 
- Deep understanding of AdTechnology, big data and data driven / programmatic advertising 
- Strong background in large retail organizations 
- Proven strategic and business consulting skills 
- Experienced in international business 
- Intensive track record in project management
