MY DUTIES:

-Technical domain lead within Product Engineering for a complex Radar NPI project, covering all subjects around ATE test program development
- Understand ATE test strategy, test program structure and development stages from new silicon to volume ramp-up
-Guide development and usage of a reporting tool for frequent test program development
- Review device trimming implementation by ATE data analytics versus trimming strategy
- Manage test limits, guard-banding and limit grading over temperature and test stages

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Experience related to architectural understanding of complex ATE test programs (Advantest) - best as a test engineer/test architect
- Ability to become effective after short time
- English and German knowledge
