Expert Presales Nearshoring (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

- Independently develop technical solution design for customer requests by combining components from our customer product portfolio and customer solution components in collaboration with technical subject matter experts.
- Preparation of proposal data related to customer requests
- Primary technical contact for the customer during the quotation process and Advising customers on quotation requests
- Determination of expenses for planning, deployment and operation
- For customer quote requests for new services or products, Presales determines the feasibility of a standard vs. custom solution
- Preparation of technical service descriptions as well as commercial offer components in coordination with the technical experts
- If required, advising the key account manager on the preparation of the customer quotation
- Presentation of solutions to customers in the context of offer presentations and contract negotiations
- Project support for preliminary studies

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Looking for nearshore candidates - must have
- Sales knowledge with IT background
- Knowledge IT products and services (pre sales)
- Knowledge IT organization and processes esp. proposal preparation, proposal data sheet
- Knowledge IT standard solutions and architectures as well as RZ operation
- Knowledge in ITSM
- Project management skills
- English skills fluent and optional german
