Expert PMO (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

- Project Change Requests – receive and process all requests to change projects (budgets, timelines, scope)
- Maintain project records in ServiceNow PPM
- Liaise with project managers, program managers and other PMO colleagues to ensure routine requests for PMO support are defined and provided efficiently and effectively
- Provide general administrative support to the PMO team on a variety of duties related to the governance and control of IT projects

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Related to project management and implementation of IT solutions in areas of business
- Demonstrated working in a PMO team in an international environment
- Consistent customer / service management orientation
- Excellent analytical and planning skills combined with independent, goal- and process-oriented way of working
- Experience in the consumer product market, beverage industry or logistics
- Experience in using ServiceNow PPM module or other equivalent Portfolio / Project Management system
- Experience in using professional reporting software such as PowerBI, Tableau or equivalent
