- Process Consulting
- Process and Gap Analysis (incl. interfaces to other organizations within DB Schenker)
- Requirements engineering
- Organizational Data analyses (incl. dependencies to other organizations within DB Schenker)
- Organizational Design
- Design of Service Design, Operational Concept
- Derivation of organizational change needs (incl. proposal of additional staff to be hired)

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Ability to work with multi-national organization and cultures
- Profound English knowledge
- Experience in Service Management description and implementation
- Experience in organizational changes
- Knowledge in Microsoft Cloud Security
- Knowledge in Microsoft Defender
- Experience in Azure
