Expert Method Transfer (QC Analytic) (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

- Method transfer from an old to a new system (HPLC, GC, GCMS, IC, etc.)
- Perform evaluation of methods within the current system and transform the methods to the new system as per new requirements
- Liaising with analysts on method details to ensure the correct details get transferred
- Provide high quality standardised methodology execution and implementation of change control requests in accordance to client and/or external authority requirements
- Support in the analysis of raw materials according to current test specifications (wet chemical basis)
- Ensure timely delivery of routine testing data and reports for testing to include (Appearance testing, titrations, HPLC, GC, IC, Physiochemical analysis, sample submissions)
- Execute timely investigation of all compliance findings, retests, and test deviation investigations and actions
- Collaborate on GMP and Safety inspection findings and support execution of any resulting improvement programs
- Compliance with GMP as well as GLP specifications
- Support in method validation (if experienced)

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

-Natural science education (chemistry, etc.) or comparable
- Experience in the field of quality control is a prerequisite
- Experience with pH measurements
- Broad experience with analytical methods is required: HPLC, GC, etc.
- Very good knowledge of English
- Experience with Labvantage is an advantage
- Analytical experience, preferably including broader industry experience
- Recent experience in routine analytical testing and good manufacturing and laboratory practice (e.g. quality control)
- Good knowledge of analytical techniques used for product development and quality controls
