- Maintain the ServiceNow knowledge database
- Promote continuous learning and improvement through best practices
- Identify and address knowledge gaps with stakeholders
- Develop and deliver training programs for knowledge management
- Cultivate constructive work relationships with stakeholders

- Strong analytical thinking skills
- Knowledge of project management principles
- Familiarity with service management practices
- Service Management experience
- Experience in organizational Changes
- Microsoft Cloud Security knowledge
- Microsoft Defender experience
- Azure knowledge
