Expert IT Service Operations KAIT (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

- Technical expert on the below matters with knowledge of the KAIT regulatory framework
- Proactive communication with application owner and operations departments (functional and infrastructure)
- Update documentation of UI applications
- Adaption of monitoring and alerting
- Creating of on call duty manual (focus on firewall and network operations)"

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Interested in project business through regional and international projects and you have experience in financial services
- Due to your experience, you can look back on a wealth of experience and a deep understanding of ITIL Service Operations processes including 24/7 on call duty
- Deep knowledge of infrastructure- and software architectures and you know about documentation requirements (espcially in financial services) and you have experience with architecture assessments
- You have technology excperience in network (Cisco, F5 Loadbalancer), firewall (Juniper) and Linux Server and Windows Server
-Your knowledge of software engineering enables you to provision technical documentations of applications to develop a manual for UIs on call duty service
-You have good skills in MS Office
- You have a deep understanding of ITIL (especially Service Operations)
-You communicate proactive and you are happy to document the knowledge of the experts in the relevant areas
- You have experience in the area of funds management
- You have technology experience in the following areas: Oracle DB, C#, Elastic Stack, SAP, d3 archive and MS CRM
