MY DUTIES:

- Ensuring selfemployed the proper service delivery of the entitled end to end services (network infrastructure, Storage, Server, VM, interfaces, …)
- 3rd Level Support within Infrastructure services
- Know How Transfer in O365 / M365 and (Azure) Cloud services
- Supporting selfemployed the IT architecture
- Developing security concepts and security continuous improvements
- Documentation based on ITIL and PRINCE2

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Operate MS Windows Server and LINUX Server
- Virtualization Technologies based on VMWare and MS Hyper-V
- Enterprise Storage Systems based on SAN iSCSI
- IT Automation, Scripting (e.g. ansible), system monitoring (e.g. CheckMK)
- Languages: Very good English skills in speech and writing. German is a nice to have
