Expert Digital Marketing and Advertising/Programmatic Strategy (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

- Identify and liaise with relevant team members to understand existing strategy and on-going activities
- Identification and formulation of new digital marketing and advertising vision (roadmap planning, channels objectives, analytics tracking concept, KPIs, activities plan, timeline) 
- Develop, train and guide teams on the implementation of digital marketing and advertising strategy
- Optimization of channel activities (including but not exclusive to SEO, Paid Search, Email Marketing, Social, Programmatic, Display, Media Planning and Allocation, Data Analytics Reporting)
- Delivery of a digital marketing and advertising playbook

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Profound experience in Digital Marketing and advertising strategies
- Proven track record in strategic consulting and strategic frameworks in Digital Marketing and Technology with focus on Omnichannel strategy, Advertising, Marketing Automation, Customer Experience and Data Analytics
- Establishing best practices to maximize return on advertising expenditure and to establish advertising automation, i.e. programmatic advertising
- Strong analytical mindset with proven experience in analytic solutions (Adobe, Google, Hootsuite) 
- In-depth knowledge of digital channels including but not exclusive to SEA, Social Media, SEO and Programmatic with hands on campaign management experience and proven track records 
- Experience in platform integration projects and in implementing effective technologies to improve consumer experience and lead generation across channels (e.g. Celum, AEM, SAP Hybris, Azure, Salesforce, Ping Identity)
- Understanding of GDPR and its legal and compliance implications
- Agency background with exposure to a roster of clients from different industries (especially Pharma/MedTech)
- Excellent English spoken and written and German is a plus
