Duties:

* Manage Equipment Purchase Order submitted to Vendors.
* Oversee vendor fabrication progress
* Assure vendors are adhering to project requirements
* Assure vendors are meeting schedule and milestones
* Track vendor deliverables
* Perform as a single point of contact between vendor and project team
* Participate in all vendor weekly meetings
* Provide weekly progress reports to Project Manager
* Participate in all internal project status meetings
* Participate in Client progress reporting methods
* Attend periodic site inspections of manufacturing
* Review and approve inspection reports
* Attend FAT (Final Acceptance Test) with Client representative
* Responsible for final acceptance of equipment
* Responsible for assisting Logistics on shipping equipment to job site
* Verifying vendor has submitted all required documentation and final manuals
* Perform Purchase Order close out

Experience:

* Minimum of the last 10 years of hands on experience with equipment identified
* 15- 20 years of overall project and equipment experience
* Field experience a plus
* Willing to travel to manufacturing facilities
* Willing to participate in project related events
* Provide reports as required
* Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Power Point)
