Expense Management Analyst

Expense Management Analyst being sought for global investment bank. The role will be performing deep-dive analysis into the expenses within Brokerage, Clearing and Exchange functions (BCE). The role will report into the Head of the Expense Management team. Role Overview: Establishing the nature of services provided by FMI Vendors Identifying opportunities to reduce expenses through, amongst other items, rationalisation, contract re-negotiation & process/behavioural change Manifesting saving opportunities

Key Responsibilities:

Analysing contracts, fee schedules and Invoice management processes
Performing detailed product/process deep-dives
Maintaining and building excellent relationships across multiple global teams Initiating and leading improvement initiatives
Accurate MIS tracking and updates
Providing effective programme governance

Key Experience:

Experience of project management and of managing a piece of work
Previous experience of working for an investment bank
Self-motivated, enthusiastic with a great appetite to learn
Excellent relationship-building and good communication skills
Excellent time management skills and the ability to organise and prioritise work in a busy environment with the ability to work under time constraints and to deadlines
Pro-active approach to problem solving and developing solutions
Excel & Database skills advantageous but not essential
