IHRE AUFGABEN:
-Daily organizational and administrative tasks including calendar management
-Management and filtering of phone calls, mail and email, clarifying/highlighting required action, initiating internal investigations, response and required actions
-Coordinate training logistics (participants, facilities, trainers, training material, communication, contracting, expenses)
-Act as a coordinator of information and communication both within and between HR teams
-Supporting the budget process and expense reporting
-Organizing travel and meeting arrangements as well as visa applications
-Updating and maintaining websites and intranet sites
-Prepare and issue presentation material
-Independently drive and complete assigned projects / full ownership of assignments
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-Administrative/clerical education preferred with profound experience as a Team Assistant or Assistant to a Department Head
-Excellent communication, organizational skills and flexibility
-A value based, proactive and service oriented behaviour
-Experience in project work, preferably in the healthcare industry
-Comfortable to operate in a dynamic environment
-Pro-active and self-driven with a positive mind-set
-English language fluency and preferably German language fluency (written and oral)
-Excellent user skills in relevant IT (MS office, web content management)
