Randstad Professionals is actively seeking an experienced Executive Assistant for their client in Basel. As Executive Assistant you will support the Global Head of Neuroscience Discovery and Biomarkers located in Basel. You will be responsible for general administrative tasks such as correspondence, meeting preparation and calendar management. The organization of meetings and events, video- and teleconferences, travel arrangements as well as managing day-to-day administrative and operational activities will also be a part of your work. Finally, you will act as interface with internal and external partners.

In this role you will:

Tasks:

- work closely with the Head of Neuroscience Discovery and Biomarkers to support and coordinate various activities related to portfolio governance and team management
- support scientific activities of Neuroscience Discovery and Biomarkers Head including coordinating research meetings and establishing collaborative agreements
- work closely with Neuroscience DTA administrative team to ensure coordination of activities across DTA and support of Neuroscience Leadership Team
- organize internal and external conferences, consultant meetings, to support Neuroscience DTA as needed
- administer all aspects of consultancy/confidentiality agreements/iHCP forms
- handle all administrative aspects of spent management system ARIBA, including opening of PO numbers
- handle all aspect of managerial travel
- work closely with internal and external recruitment teams to organize all aspects of interviews, recruit new employees, and to assist with the onboarding
- interact with all pRED departments, senior management and with

external business partners

Qualifications:

You are a highly motivated team player with excellent social and
collaborative skills, are proactive and have strong communication skills.

You have:

- a commercial diploma (eg KV/Handelsschule), BSc or an equivalent degree
- a minimum of 5 years work experience in an international environment supporting senior management
- excellency in planning and organizing, pronounced client focus and work ethics
- dedicated team player abilities
- business awareness and interest into drug development activities
- experience in cross-functional working environment
- strong sense for confidentiality
- excellent oral and written communication in English, additional languages are an advantage
