Executive Compensation Analyst/Reward Analyst - London

Our market leading client is looking for an Executive Compensation Analyst/Reward Analyst, reporting to the Head of Executive Compensation, this role supports the development and delivery of high quality reward solutions to attract, engage and motivate senior employees. Much of your time will involve researching external market trends and internal business needs, providing analysis and reporting to inform and implement senior leader pay and incentive programs and processes. With great Excel skills and attention to detail, you will have a proven ability to work accurately and consistently under pressure, handling confidential data with appropriate discretion.

A committed team player, you will enjoy working with all of your Reward team colleagues both in the Group Corporate Centre and around the world as well as HR colleagues both remotely and face-to-face, to provide great service for our internal customers - in situations where there won't necessarily be straightforward answers. You will be passionate about using your strong analytical and communication skills to contribute to the development of reward approaches in a global Matrix environment.

Key experience required:

- Experience of Reward and preferably an understanding of Executive Remuneration
- Good understanding of Reward practices and approaches including job sizing, market benchmarking, reward processes, solutions and communications Good understanding of how to interpret data in professional surveys, including statistical analysis
- Excellent IT skills including strong Excel (eg pivot tables, v-lookups)
- Experience of SAP is desirable
- Great analytical and written communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Team player
- Ability to work pro-actively; and persistently to see tasks through to completion
- Ability to work discreetly and deal with confidential matters connected to Boardroom pay
