RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Migrate Lotus Notes or Exchange mailboxes to private cloud, multi tenancy or Office 365 environment
- Provide status report on migration
- Update Service requests based on progress
- Coordinate with internal as well as external team in event of migration failure
- Knowledgeable with ability to perform the assigned migrations end-to-end
- Proactively monitor migrations effectively and efficiently
- Perform Exchange to Exchange, Notes to Exchange migrations involving Single Tenant/Multi-Tenant and Tenant to Tenant Migrations, IMAP
- Tools include Binary Tree, Migration Wiz, Expert in PowerShell Scripting
- Create SDE/Tickets as needed to escalate issues to other teams
- Work with other MS departments resolving SDEs
- Update migration details with the supervisor resolving any gaps in process
- Troubleshoot migration issues
- Perform updates to customer as needed via email or tools (software or PS)
- Shift hand-off between shifts
- Update reporting dashboard with migration information

REQUIREMENTS:

- Technical knowledge on Exchange 2003/2007/2010 and Office 365
- In-depth knowledge on Exchange Archiving and Journaling capabilities
- Knowledge of third party archive systems like Symantec Enterprise Vault, EAS, EMC Source One and EmailXtender etc., and how they integrate with Exchange
- Experience with Transvault or NUIX migration tools for archives a great plus
- Working knowledge of Exchange Web Services and MAPI protocols
- Exchange migrations to O365 expertise
- Experience in Notes Migrations would be an added advantage
- Good Team Player with strong interpersonal skills
