Excel Macro/VBA Specialist

DESCRIPTION

Work closely with Network Engineers to create Excel spreadsheets (requiring macros) used to determine Network Capacity requirements. Input data into spreadsheets as directed by Network Engineers and create formulas, macros to massage data.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Ability to communicate and work effectively in a team or independently.
Assist in analysing, design, and development of new Excel 2010 macros and VBA applications.

SKILLS:

FORMAL EDUCATION
BS degree in a technical discipline or a minimum of 4 years in a telecom related field.

EXPERIENCE (TYPE & DURATION)
At least 4 years of technology-related project management. Telecom related field a plus.

SKILLS
Good with Excel formulas such as V-lookups, H-lookups. Can transform data from different sources into standard formats. Capable of diagnosing data related issues such as mismatches, formatting of values, invalid characters. Very good inter-personal skills and the ability to work under pressure while working with a fun Team of Network Engineers. Proficient in Excel macros. NO network background required. Excellent oral, written, problem solving skills and ability to establish priorities required. Strong interpersonal skills and client service attitude. Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail required. Computer literacy. Must be able to perform variety of tasks with minimal direction.
