Excel & Customer Order Management Specialist

Excel & Customer Order Management Specialist wanted for our Bern-Land based client in the pharmaceutical sector.

YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

- Commercial apprenticeship with a focus on export activities
- 3+ years' working experience with experience in handling L/C
- In-depth knowledge of MS Office products, especially Excel
- Familiar with order processing in an ERP system such as SAP, AS400, Oracle and other
- Ability to efficiently communicate with geographically or functionally dispersed teams
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken

YOUR TASKS:

- Working as a contact point for customers, plants, suppliers, banks, managers and controllers
- Handling ordering processes from receipt of order till final invoicing including letters of credits and documentary collections
- Reviewing customer orders and all terms and conditions, including price and order entry
- Analysing documents needed for export, import or banks
- Maintaining Intranet Customer Service website and handling complaints
- Evaluating local stock situation and prioritising orders in case of delays
