Exam Author/Trainer/Validator Land Systems

Background
Our Central Government Client is currently recruiting for a Validator Land Systems contractor/Exam Author. You will be responsible for writing and proofing the exam papers for whatever courses may be required for the business.

Main Duties/Responsibilities
Duties
- Construct & maintain currency of examination banks, ensuring they meet agreed training objectives.
- Ensure examination papers are issued free of technical & editorial errors, matched with accurate marking guides.
- Check mark & moderate assessments.
- Issue validated results within the agreed timescale published by the Head of Department.
- Analyse assessment results to identify & recommend improvements to training.
- Initiate & progress actions arising from assessment analysis
- Attend course design review meetings.
- Experience of military or a comparable background in electronic engineering.
- Experience of using MS Office & tafmis software.

Additional Information
This role is to start ASAP and will run until the end of June 2013 initially. The role is based just outside Reading, Berkshire.
