- at least a bachelor degree, preferably in economics or ICT
- a real passion for figures
- very good knowledge of excel
- an excellent written and spoken knowledge of English; knowledge of Dutch and/or French is an asset
- good knowledge of clarity

keeping PLANNING, BUDGETS, RESOURCE ALLOCATIONS, COST PLANS up to date in clarity

giving FIRST LINE SUPPORT for GOVERNANCE PURPOSES to the Project team

being responsible for the ORGANISATIONAL REPORTING for internal PROJECT VALIDATION MEETINGS

delivering the PORTFOLIO STATUS REPORTING

GIVING SUPPORT TO prepare presentations for the Change, Steering and Chain Committees

INTERNAL QUALITY ASSURANCE ACTIVITIES

being responsible for TIME TRACKING REPORTING, so that the FOLLOW-UP OF THE BUDGET IS ASSURED

BUDGET REPORTING

being the CENTRAL POINT OF CONTACT on domain level with business and IT project leaders

ANALYSING AND DESCRIBING INTERNAL PROCESSES ( process flows, instructions, etc...)

DISTRIBUTING and MAKING PRESENTATIONS about ANALYSES, SYNTHESES and ACTIONS
