Your role will be to:

- receive, analyze and respond to SEPA related questions received from clients
- follow up of the payments traffic of clients
- process and follow up on documents and to make sure that files are complete.
- contact the client, the Branch or the Account Manager to discuss cases where required
- ensure an exhaustive, end to end follow up of files
- ensure knowledge management and follow up
