ITEX at Pertemps are currently looking for an Events Operations Coordinator, based in Glasgow for an exciting 6 month contract with our large public sector client.

The position will involve liaising with partners and stakeholders to develop Business and Residential events, responsibility for the management of databases including scheduling appointments, compiling work stream reports and presentations, and carrying out any ad hoc duties as necessary to support the City Operations Team. The successful candidate will also be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels at all times.

Essential:
Strong Events background
Previous experience within a project management/senior coordinator role
Strong organisation skills
Effective time management skills
Experience of working with multi-stakeholder partnerships

Desirable:
Knowledge of licensing
Experience working in an event environment
Experience of delivering presentations
