European Sales Manager - Simulation Software

A global provider of simulation software is looking to expand their team by hiring a Northern Europe Sales Manager. Responsibilities: * Manage 1 sales person based inGermanyinitially, but build the team going forward * Identify scope and cultivate new business opportunities of software solutions to new and existing clients. This includes theUKand Scandinavia directly;Germanythrough a local sales person * Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline and be responsible for an annual sales quota / revenue stream. * Understand customers' specific business needs and apply product knowledge to meet those needs * Develop and deliver customer presentations and coordinate software demonstrations. * Co-ordinate responses to proposal requests from prospective customers, ensuring thorough, accurate and professional responses. * Foster strong relationships with companies at various levels to aid and enhance service delivery. * Provide consultative inputs to clients to drive business improvements. * Negotiate service delivery terms, service levels, and pricing to close contracts. Requirements: * Strong background software sales experience either meeting or exceeding quota. * German speaking; other European languages an advantage * Sector knowledge and proven track record of selling software solutions and/or services in the Field Service Management and/or to the Enterprise Software market * A proven track record in a role that involves significant European travel * Experienced in sales administration and global processes Package: * Salary - £80-100k P.A. * Bonus - Upto 30% (TBC) * Car Allowance - £5k p.a. * Pension 26 Days Holiday To find out more about Huxley Associates, please visit www.huxley.com
