ABOUT THE POSITION
GTN Technical Staffing is seeking an Informatica Developer/Administrator for a Contract position in Plano, TX. The Informatica Developer/Administrator will be responsible for ETL functions supporting an enterprise data warehouse. The Informatica Developer/Administrator must be at a senior level and be able to develop and execute data moves into and out multiple sources and databases. This will require code changes, enhancements, and big fixes. The Informatica Developer/Administrator will develop and execute ETL scripts, document ETL processes and activities, and communicate directly with business units and data warehouse stakeholders. The Informatica Developer/Administrator must also understand the processes and theories behind a data warehouse, and be able to act as an "administrator" resource for Informatica.
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
5+ years of experience in the following skill sets
ETL Processes with Informatica - Design/Develop/Implementation/Execution/Support of ETL Scripts
Oracle 10i, 11g Database/PL/SQL - Development/Optimization
Windows NT Operating Systems
Unix (HPUX) Systems
Data Warehouse Imports/Exports - Multiple Sources/Databases/Flat Files/ISAM Files
Code Changes/Enhancement/Maintenance/Bug Fixes
Informatica Documentation
Excellent Communication Skills - Able to interact directly with data warehouse stakeholders
